chime fuse was removed from vehicle and when i reinserted it the door chime continues to chime. How do i reset it?

When stopped, and listening to the radio, the drivers door must remained closed so the key in ignition chime will not beep. How can I disconnect (bypass) the door chime.

please, there must be a way to disable and turn off the annoying door chime.

there is no visible door switch !! HELP!!
on the 2005 silverado pickup truck , the door chime comes through the steareo speaker in the door , so there is no way of pulling the chime module or foaming the chime itself, since it is part of the stereo system. arghhh!! any other help please?
